Jamaica

Defining “Island Style” with its music, food and white sand beaches

Jamaica is famous for being the birthplace of reggae and jerk chicken, but there is so much more to the island. The country is home to some of the best beaches in the Caribbean and has more than 100 dive sites to explore. You’ll find eye-widening natural sites, including waterfalls and luminescent lagoons and it produces one of the rarest coffees in the world! In addition to the coffee, Jamaica is famous for its rum production, as well as Red Stripe beer, so come prepared to indulge.

Music is of course ever-present on the island – you’ll hear it by the pool, on the beach, at street food stalls, and in bars and restaurants. Head to the Hip Strip in Montego Bay to drink and dance to live performances until the early hours. For something a little more laid-back, visit Rick’s Café in Negril, and watch the sunset to a rocksteady beat.

Tips and Tricks

  • Sunblock and repellent should always be carried with you!
  • Jamaica is known for its laid back attitude or, “island time”, which oftentimes equates to lateness. Don’t get frazzled, but always give yourself extra time!

What’s a Rich Text element?

Travel to Cuba is restricted. Learn more

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila! 3

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
